Refund Policy

Refund from The Catholic Parish of St Mary of the Presentation Mudgee

If a payment or a donation has been made to the Catholic Parish of St Mary of the Presentation Mudgee for any reason and a refund is required, please contact the Catholic Parish of St Mary of the Presentation Mudgee as soon as possible on (02) 6372 2122 or alternatively email (remove XX) office.mudgee XX @cdob XX .org.au.

You may be required to provide details of the payment or donation transaction, such as the date, time, reference, amount and the reason for the refund.

If the original payment or donation was made on-line and was made in error or a mistake in the amount of the payment or donation, please note that The Catholic Parish of St Mary of the Presentation Mudgee cannot normally give refunds if you change your mind. So please make sure you choose to donate carefully and ensure to complete all details correctly, including the amount you are donating.

Any approved refunds will be returned using the original method of payment. Any original receipt issued for the incorrect amount immediately becomes void and invalid. The Catholic Parish of St Mary of the Presentation Mudgee will issue a new receipt where applicable. Payments or donations from credit cards will be refunded to the same credit card used to make the original payment or donation. The Catholic Parish of St Mary of the Presentation Mudgee cannot make refunds to non-Australian accounts or to accounts outside of the Australian banking system.

Please note that any approved refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction.
