Who is collecting this information

The Catholic Parish named on this form/document/webpage collects the personal information requested.

Within the Catholic Diocese of Bathurst, some parishes operate in clusters with shared clergy, parish offices, or administrative support. Consent and publication

Where personal information (such as names or images) is published in parish communications, this is done only with permission and with particular care when children are involved.

Access and correction

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting the parish office.

Privacy concerns

Privacy concerns may be raised with the parish office. The parish operates in accordance with the Catholic Diocese of Bathurst Diocese Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy law.
